Brand & Fan Content Policy
This English version is provided for your convenience. SuperOvni Studios is based in Mexico, so if there's ever a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
We love it when you share Grovee! You're welcome to make videos, streams, screenshots, guides, fan art and posts about the game, as long as you follow these rules.
1. Our trademarks
“Grovee”, “SuperOvni Studios”, their logos (including the UFO abducting the name) and their characters are trademarks of SuperOvni Studios. Don't register them, imitate them or use them in a way that could confuse people about who's behind your content.
2. What you can do
- Record and stream gameplay, and post screenshots and videos on social media or video platforms.
- Earn money from your videos or streams through ads or the support features of the platform you post on.
- Use the name Grovee to say what your content is about (for example, “My orchard in Grovee”).
- Make fan art, guides and reviews, whether positive or negative.
3. What you can't do
- Suggest that your content is official or sponsored by us. If you like, you can add: “This content is not official or endorsed by SuperOvni Studios.”
- Sell merchandise (T-shirts, toys, etc.) featuring our logos, names or characters without our written permission.
- Make copies, clones or modified versions of the game, or run unofficial servers.
- Use our content alongside material that is offensive, illegal, sexual or violent, or that is meant to deceive or harm others.
- Use our trademarks as the name of your channel, domain, company or profile in a way that makes it look official.
4. Special permissions
For commercial use, collaborations or press, email us at hola@superovni.com. We may update this policy or ask for content that breaks it to be taken down.
