Grovee · SuperOvni Studios · Version 1.0 · Last updated: October 3, 2026

This English version is provided for your convenience. SuperOvni Studios is based in Mexico, so if there's ever a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are the agreement between you and SuperOvni Studios for playing Grovee. We've tried to keep them easy to read. If anything is unclear, email us at hola@superovni.com.

1. Who we are

Grovee is a video game made and run by SuperOvni Studios, based in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico (“we”, “us”). Contact: hola@superovni.com. Details about who is responsible for your data are in our Privacy Policy.

2. Agreeing to these Terms

By playing Grovee or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Fair Play Rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

3. The game

4. Your account

5. Children and teens

Grovee is suitable for all ages: it has no chat, no purchases and no ads. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to create an email account. If you're under 13, please ask them to create it for you using their own email address. You can play without an email account and without giving us any contact details. Parents and guardians, please see our Parents' Guide.

6. Coins, items and animals

7. How to behave

You agree to play fair and respect other players. Among other things, you may not: use cheats, bots or programs that automate the game; exploit bugs instead of reporting them; attack, overload or try to access our systems without permission; impersonate others; or use offensive names. The details are in our Fair Play Rules.

8. Your in-game name

Your name or nickname is visible to your friends (friendship goes both ways) and to anyone who receives a gift from you. You can change it under Friends → Change name. You keep your rights to it and give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to display it in the game. We may change or remove names that break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

Grovee, SuperOvni Studios, their names, logos, designs, 3D models, sounds, text and code belong to SuperOvni Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. See Copyright & Licenses and Brand & Fan Content Policy.

10. Messages from us

If you create an email account, we may send you messages needed to run the service (for example, to reset your password or to tell you about important changes to these documents). We don't send marketing today. If we ever do, it will only be with your permission and you'll be able to unsubscribe.

11. Suspension

We may warn you, reset your progress, or suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the Fair Play Rules, or if we need to in order to protect other players or the game. If you think we made a mistake, email us at hola@superovni.com.

12. Warranties and liability

Grovee is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors, and we aren't responsible for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country that can't be waived.

13. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the game, or by emailing us. See How to delete your account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the game (and by email if you have an email account) before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new version. If you don't agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Saltillo, Coahuila, unless consumer protection law that applies to you gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. If you live in Mexico, you can also contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
