Copyright & Licenses
This English version is provided for your convenience. SuperOvni Studios is based in Mexico, so if there's ever a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
1. Our content
Grovee and all of its content (its name, logos, design, 3D models of trees and animals, sounds, text, interface and code) are owned by SuperOvni Studios or used under license, and are protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law, its Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and international treaties. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit the game or any part of it without our written permission, except as allowed by our Brand & Fan Content Policy.
2. What you write
You keep your rights to your name or nickname. By using it in the game, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to display it in Grovee. You're responsible for not using names that infringe anyone else's rights.
3. Reporting an infringement
If you believe something in Grovee infringes your copyright or trademark, email us at hola@superovni.com with the subject line “Infringement” and include: your contact details, the work or trademark affected, where the infringing content is, a statement that you're reporting it in good faith and that the information is accurate, and your signature (an electronic signature is fine). We'll review it and, if appropriate, remove the content.
4. Third-party software and fonts
Grovee uses the following third-party works, each under its own license:

The 3D models, the sounds (generated by the game itself) and the illustrations are original to Grovee.
