How to Delete Your Account
This English version is provided for your convenience. SuperOvni Studios is based in Mexico, so if there's ever a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
You can delete your Grovee account and all of your data at any time, free of charge and with no questions asked.
In the game (instant)
- Open Grovee and go to your orchard (if you have an email account, sign in with it).
- Tap Settings (the gear icon in the top right).
- Scroll down to Delete my account and confirm.
By email
If you can't get into the game, email hola@superovni.com with the subject line “Delete my account”, from your account's email address (or include your friend code). We'll reply within 20 days and confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your orchard, trees, decorations, coins, level, collection and animals.
- Your friendships and gifts.
- Your email, password and session.
- Your game events are no longer linked to you and remain only as anonymous statistics.
This is permanent: it can't be undone and we won't be able to recover your orchard.
