Fair Play Rules
This English version is provided for your convenience. SuperOvni Studios is based in Mexico, so if there's ever a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
Grovee is better when everyone plays fair. These rules are part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
- Cheating: using programs, extensions, bots, scripts or any tool that automates the game or gives you an advantage (for example, catching animals or harvesting automatically).
- Exploits: taking advantage of bugs instead of reporting them.
- Multiple accounts: creating extra accounts to send yourself gifts or gain an advantage.
- Attacking the game: trying to get into other people's accounts or our servers, changing data without permission, or overloading the service.
- Offensive names: names or nicknames with profanity, discrimination, sexual content, violence, personal information, or that impersonate someone else.
- Trading for real money: selling, buying or trading accounts, coins or in-game items for money or real-world goods.
What happens if someone breaks the rules
Depending on how serious it is: a warning, a forced name change, removal of coins or items gained by cheating, a temporary suspension or closing the account. If you think we got it wrong, email us at hola@superovni.com.
